🔫 Buying a Firearm
What do I need to buy a firearm?
You’ll need a valid government-issued photo ID with your current address, plus you’ll complete paperwork and a background check.
How long does it take?
Most purchases can be completed the same day if approved. Delays can take a few days.
Our Policy: We stay compliant as all get out. If your background comes back Delayed, we use the Brady Transfer Date provided by the FBI.
Do I need a permit in Texas?
No permit or registration is required for most purchases.
🔇 Suppressors
Are suppressors legal?
Yes, suppressors are legal in Texas but require federal approval.
Can I take it home the same day?
No. You must wait for ATF approval before taking possession.
📦 Transfers
What is your transfer fee?
$30 for non-NFA items/$60 for NFA items
How long do you hold firearms?
7 days
